Conference fee and other prices
The table below shows the registration fee and other prices for the conference.

 Retiree (Retired means to be above 55 years of age, not in permanent employment and receiving a pension)
 or Student (Please note that you might be asked to prove that you are a student at the time of the conference)

 Student Volunteer Rate (Available to students and early career psychologists (within 3 years of PhD award)
 who agree to volunteer during the conference for half a day.

The conference fee includes conference materials, daily coffee/tea/refreshments during breaks, and the conference events (Opening Reception/Meet & Greet, IBTA-activity, and closing Banquet). Breakfast is included in the IMTA hotel rate which is paid directly to Marriott. Other items may be added as sponsors are identified. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Participants need to register for the preconference Military Psychology (journal) Paper Development workshops, even though there is no fee. Space is limited to 20 per workshop. The AM workshop is reserved for International Attendees and PM workshop is open to anyone.

The conference fee does NOT include accommodation NOR travel costs to and from the conference venue.

Tour #1: Visit to the Airborne and Special Operations Museum in Fayetteville, NC 66.00  EUR

Museum trip fee includes bus transportation and snacks. There are several lunch options and shops in the area and participants will be on their own for lunch.
