The 59th Annual IMTA Conference was held in Bern, Switzerland
from October 9th until 13th, 2017
and was hosted by the Swiss Military Academy.
The venue was the Mezenerkaserne in Bern.
147 participants from 26 nations enjoyed the full program
with up to four parallel tracks including 3 keynotes, 5 symposia,
93 paper presentations and a number of posters.
The IMTA Steering Committee endorsed the nomination of
Lieutenant Colonel Dan Watola, Ph.D., for the Harry Greer award.
The Steering Committee was also pleased to accept two new members:
The National Defense Forces Department of Employee Selection and Development –
The Psychometric Centre (Greece) as primary member
and MIND Academy (India) as associate member. Congratulations to both!
The conference also included warm and well-attended social events:
a ‘Meet and Greet’ at the Mezenerkaserne,
the IBTA in the Champions Lounge of the Stade de Suisse,
and a wonderful banquet at the Zentrum Paul Klee.
Four optional tours concluded this marvelous week.
