The 60th Annual IMTA Conference with the theme
"Leading During Times of Uncertainty" was held in
Kingston, Ontario Canada from October 15th until 19th, 2018.
The venue was the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton in Kingston.
148 participants from 25 nations enjoyed the full program
with up to four parallel tracks including 5 keynotes, 9 symposia,
about 90 paper presentations and a number of posters.
The IMTA Steering Committee endorsed the nomination of
Prof.em. Jacques Mylle, Royal Military Academy of Belgium for the Harry Greer award.
Congratulations to Jacques Mylle, who made the most significant contributions
to establish IMTA as an International Non Profit Association!
The conference also included warm and well-attended social events:
a ‘Meet and Greet’ at the Four Points Hotel,
en excursion to Fort Henry National Historic Site,
and a wonderful banquet again at the Four Points Hotel.
Two optional tours concluded this marvelous week.
Dr. Allister MacIntyre, Dr. Daniel Lagace-Roy, Dr. Damian O'Keefe
and their team did a great job to make the 60th IMTA conference
a professionally rewarding and personally enjoyable experience.
